Группа японских студентов сконструировала экзоскелет, который отличается от других тем, что он совсем не использует приводов. Двигается он только за счет мышц человека. Несмотря на это экзоскелет под названием Skeletonics (сокращенно от «skeleton» и «mechanics») демонстрирует довольно хорошую подвижность.
Конструкция сделана из алюминиевых труб и листов, поэтому имеет небольшой вес. Из-за отсутствия электронной начинки экзоскелет получился дешев в изготовлении. По словам студентов, создание дизайна экзоскелета и сборка заняли у них около 6 месяцев, сообщает Daily Mail.
